Losing Color (Pain Pt3):
Part1-Part2
Bunby is playing with Inky within the funhouse with Bunby trying to Pounce on Inky while Inky swiftly moves away from him. After a while, they accidently tumble into Trickster's Candy garden giggling as they hit the floor. The duo spot Kandy reading a book as they approached her playfully. Kandy notices and immediately gets the hint. She starts running around being chased by The Blob in the sentient balloon through the candy Garden. After a while, the duo lost her. They searched and searched everywhere for her. Eventually, they managed to find her.... only to be frozen in fear? Curiously, Bunby copies her gaze before his pupils shrunk in fear.
Trickster is on the floor, lifeless as a statue. Her eyes are a dull Gray and her body was completely white. Inky looks at the body with interest and started poking at it while Bunby tries to process on what just happened. Unfortunately for him, he didn't have enough time to do that as Fashionista Looms over the 3 circus Mooks.
Fashionista: Well well well. What do we have here? Such pretty colors that you all have~.
Fashionista pulls out her wand with a wicked grin.
Fashionista: Mind if I take them?
Bunby: *Squeak?*
Fashionista Blasts a purple Beam at the trio. The three of them dodged in different places. The bush behind them instead got hit making it lose color completely and turning it to a dull Gray. The trio started running for their lives as Fashionista tries to take their colors Away by blasting them with her Color Drainer Spell. Kandy trips on a rock prompting Bunby to run back towards her. Inky tries to stop him but realizes another purple beam coming straight at Bunby and Kandy. Out of of sheer instinct Inky transforms into his monster form and engulfs them both as the beam gets closer and closer towards him.
-With Weeper and Mimicry-
Weeper is resting on the couch as Mimicry lays on his chest, wanting to stay cool in the summer heat (He has a ice pack in his chest). Weeper switches through the TV channels trying to find something interesting to watch until he stumbles Upon a news article.
News reporter: Pollygram here! Today I am live in Toon Town witnessing the sudden decrease in color from within. Apparently buildings, flowers, and even Toons are losing color to a unknown source. If you take a look behind me you can see this building being drained of it's color from the outside. researchers are still trying to figure out what is causing this disastrous event as we speak.
Weeper paused as he tries to process what Polly was saying. Toontown is losing their color? He looks outside using a nearby window to see absolute dullness of color. The grass and flowers were Gray while Toons that were once Lively in color lie on the floor with their skin and clothing being a lifeless white. Weeper was stunned at the scenery. What in the world is causing all this?

I was wondering if ten had any good thrift places they go to in the Cincinnati/NKY area as suggestions to visit. I also live in ky and after the Florence antique shut down I’ve been having a hard time finding good places :( Saint Vincent i already know of tho but me and my gf have been wanting to go other places
Midwest folks sound off in the notes!
ETA: Admin Ten here!
The only Really Funky one that’s super close is Kelly’s Antique Shop in Florence on Dixie Highway. It’s one of those l’il shops that crammed full of crap and makes you feel like you’re going to die in an avalanche of antiques, but there’s definitely some interesting stuff in there.
If you’re willing to drive, the Ohio Valley Antique Mall up in Fairfield is Choice. It’s massive and has a ton of sellers with a huge variety of stuff. And, as a bonus, it’s close to Jungle Jim’s. 🙂
Unfortunately, those are really the only two Kinda Close places with funky old stuff on the Florence Antique Mall scale that I can think of. :/
On June 30, 1829, officials in Cincinnati, Ohio, issued a notice requiring Black residents to adhere to laws passed in 1804 and 1807 aimed at preventing “fugitive slaves” and freed Black people from settling in Ohio, which forced hundreds of Black people to flee.
