It's been a while since the last blog post I've made. I've been so busy this past few months but today I decided to make a post. So here it is..
I've been inspired by these people (well, they're my lecturers.. Hello TOP RANK REVIEW ACADEMY lecturers!:>) who used to give us advises and inspirational messages and that actually made me realized something. I've been so passive with our upcoming Nurses Licensure Exam this coming November. It's less than 2 months I think and I'm not making any extra effort in studying ( Yeah I admit that), I don't even top the exams in the Review Center (which I think is not important). I believe that whatever achievements you'll make in the Review Center will not give you a 100% assurance that you'll pass or even top the actual board exam.
Until one day that perception changed. I always pray to God that by His will, I can pass all these things, all these trials, challenges in my life. I always pray to him to help me, guide me and send his wisdom upon me. I woke up one day realizing that all my plans were not important, that you have to trust in HIS PLAN. What I am saying is that each one of us has its own destiny (Do you believe in Destiny? Well I DO), everything happens for a reason, everything happens in the right time, everything happens according to his plan. If something bad happens in the past its because God has a better plan for you in the future.
Let me share to you some of my learnings for the past few days:
1. Trust in HIM. No matter how intelligent you are, no matter how skillful you can be.. if you don't believe in Him, you will never succeed. Or maybe you thought you can but you will never have a true meaning of Happiness in life.
2. Be Inspired. Keep yourself inspired. Find anything or anyone to be your source of inspiration. Besides you have your family, friends and mentors who believes in you. I realized that when you're inspired you can do things easily. You can even study until midnight or even easily comprehend all your lessons (or anything you study about). Mind you guys, Inspired people will often succeed in life".
3. Do not stop when you're tired, Stop when you're finish. I always keep this in my mind, whenever I'm studying and my eyes were nearly closing.. I usually slap my face or even pull my hair or pinch my cheeks just for me to be awaken. HAHA. I'll tell myself that I have to finish my goal (like answering 100 items board exam questions/ critical thinking questions before I go to bed). I can't sleep unless I finished it. That's commitment.
4. Stay Positive. Never ever let your problems or fears or disappointments keep you away from your dreams. Guys, FEAR is what stops you, COURAGE is what keeps you going. Keep the courage, keep going on.
5. Negativity is all around you, choose to POSITIVE. Even when you're not famous or an actress/actor you know there are people who bashes you. Well particularly your worst enemy. Keep in mind that, There might be many people saying "you can't do that", "you're not good enough", "you're just not as good as others", "you are such a loser." "you can't pass that exam", "you will fail.".. and you're like saying "What the hell is wrong with you people?!" But No. You can't just say that. Wanna know whenever I hear that kinda statements? I'll just simply Smile back and keep quiet. But in my head I was like saying "You might think I'm not but I am. I am better than I was yesterday, but not as good as I will be tomorrow. So watch out." You know guys, If you focus on problems, bad vibes or negativity, you'll have more problems. If you focus on positivity and possibilities, you'll have more opportunities. And why do you have to mind other people when they don't even matter to you? So why stress your self.
Remember, "You'll never accomplish anything if you don't believe that you can do it." So before you sleep tonight tell yourself, "Nothing can stop me. I can do it. I will make it happen." Good luck to us. God bless. :))
