calorie calender and discussion of weight and diet plans:
clearly i havent been doing great lately. but i did much better today! and even with binging im not thaaaat bad but i still count it as a binge when i feel i got out of my control and kept eating even when i was full.
im gonna try to keep it in the 500-1300 range up until the 18th and then increase to 800-1600 so i can enjoy my trip. when i get back i hope to be able to do intermittent fasting again but that wont be until june. also the goal was adjusted to be for my last possible weigh in, so probably the morning of the 21st. hence the very modest goal. im at about 109lbs now if i weigh in the morning.
my goal for when i get back is just to be under 109lbs, but ideally ill maintain or lose by eating in moderation and staying active
