My homework is always done on time.

You know, it's surprisingly easier to get homework done when, if it's late, you have chief's yelling at you, more homework assigned, extra work hours, various tasks assigned throughout your Saturday as extra military instruction, discrepancy marks on your permanent record, and instructors breathing down your neck telling you that if you fail the test you'll have no leeway in your grade. Also, if you fail too many tests, or don't finish homework enough times, you can be put in a non-judicial court with the commanding officer. Gotta love the Navy's nuclear program.
