Zeldris*・。゚
Can't wait! I wanna see all the news outfits for Jericho, Elaine, Zeldris, Guila (and Derieri, if it was possible ;_;) 😻🙀
And you? Any expectation?
Hikari no Yami no Grand Cross
The smartphone game is getting closer and closer to its launch and various japanese gaming sites have started to test play it and give us their first impressions. I’m also pretty interested in the game so I decided to make a post about it.
The exact release date hasn’t been made public yet but it shouldn’t take all that long anymore. The game follows the story events of the first season of the anime (again) but they are also planning to release further story updates and even original stories. It also seems like they’re adapting the events REALLY closely to the anime events, with a lot of the scenes being exactly the same, only with their 3D models.
The game play revolves around running around towns (YES, you can actually run around towns), accepting quests and then doing those quests. The battle system is fairly simple, like you would expect from a smartphone game but looks interesting enough. You have a deck of cards that are each their own spells and attacks. If you have the same card twice or even thrice in your hand, you can combine them to power up your spells. Of course there are also more powerful special attacks with their own cutscenes that you can unleash when the corresponding gauge is filled. Another interesting but rather useless feature is the AR mode, which allows you to lead your battles “irl”. Well, at least as far as your phone camera goes.
It appears you can also develop your relationship with characters (Twigo in this case) and even towns, that will allow you to see some original scenarios as your relationship gets better. And as your town friendship progresses you will also be able to use facilities you weren’t able to use before in that town. You can talk with people in the Boar Hat, interact with them (such as harrassing Elizabeth if you so desire), sometimes even dialog choices will pop up and depending on your answer the conversation will change. But of course, what would a smartphone game be without gacha. Yes, there are gachas in this game and while you get all the Sins over the course of the story, for any additional characters you will have to depend on your luck and hope you’ll get the characters you want through the gacha. As usual there are different level characters with different stats, different card decks (as skill cards are linked to certain characters) and also different costumes in a lot of cases.
All in all this looks like a pretty high quality game and I’m definitely looking forward to it. In the hopes that it will live up to Pokekishi. It’s looking really good though and I will definitely try it out when it comes out.
OMG, I literally cannot get over Megellda's expressions. She is just so funny!😂
I didn't get the hair piece, but at least he looks handsome.
Don't say anything. I just made two bois handsome, and turned the best girl into an angel.
