A few things I have learned in life that made me feel less stressful:
1. I plan my things - because by planning, I have less reasons to blame other people why i fail
2. if I want something, i think it over and give it a shot..I dont make excuses and blame other people as to why I cant have what I want
3. if things dont go my way? i let it go..there is more to life than meets the eye..moving forward is the healthiest retaliation you can give yourself from failing
4. I find reasons to smile instead of mulling over things that made me cry...
5. i never compare myself to others..when i start comparing my circumstance to others i start to feel pitiful and I dont want that
6. i have learned to be more private with my life and thoughts..social media is not my diary therefore i dont post personal thoughts/events daily or even every other day..and i dont vent my feelings through posting..because, i believe that problems are easier solved when you talk to the ones involved directly..
7. share happy or positive vibes..social media is for socializing therefore, its meant to be enjoyed and not endured
