Monday Morning and still not DOMs...
Either I am doing something right, or totally doing it wrong... I mean, yes, there is some soreness, but mostly, I am feeling a bit tired (which might totally be due to the interruption in my sleep caused by someone waking me up for some adult time) and nothing else. I can move without being in excruciating pain, which was a bit what I was expecting after the past 3 days and benching PRs... Feels good on this Monday morning.
But now, I'm hungry!!!!!
P.S. Did I mention to you that my boys totally stole half of my grapefruit yesterday? They wanted to taste... They ended up eating the whole half of it, so I was left with one half... But I'm glad they like it! Might have to buy some of those already prepared ones at Costo to send then in their lunch boxes!
