Do you still buy as many zines and merch as you did before?
Yes - I‘m buying the same amount
No - I‘m buying less
Yes - I‘m buying for the first time
No - I never bought and don‘t plan to
Reasons for yes could be, that it‘s the one luxury you allow yourself, that it is the only way to even get merch at your location, that you want to support the creators or the good cause. You are part of the zine yourself, you love the crew, ship, character, etc.
Reasons for no could be that money is tight, that there are other things to focus on or there is an oversaturation of zines and it’s impossible to decide. Maybe you don‘t support zines in general, or don‘t support zines that aren‘t free. Could be that there hasn’t been a zine that interested you, etc.
