Gardener’s Tiny Home

Here is my entry for @maxismatchccworld‘s build challenge on Discord! I wasn’t planning on posting it but since i took all the screenshots... No moveobjects as always.

Simblreen Bonus Gift : Cool Pool Family Home

Hello ! I wanted to make this build a treat for Simblreen, but in the end I decided to post it publicly because I wanted those who don’t trick or treat to have it too !

As almost every build I make, because I’m bad at making builds with no reference, it’s a recreation of a real build, reference pictures here. I think I did a pretty good job at it !

Oh, and sorry for the dark preview, it’s winter in my building save file.

I did forget to paint a wall segment in the toddler room. I hadn’t noticed, but you can see it on the preview picture. I also did forget to take the “floor plan” screenshots (but anyways I followed the floor plan from the reference pictures). Sorry.

Modern Shared House

Here is another real to sims house (reference here) ! I furnished this one imagining that it belonged to a single adult woman, renting rooms to uni students to be able to maintain this expensive house, but feel free to adapt it to your needs !

Also, remind me to never build in Windemburg again. Rainy previews are not pretty.
