this lot is officially the first for my custom savefile! It's the makeshift shipping container home for my grungy band in port promise. im actually super proud of how this came out. i'm definitely still learning, but i can feel myself improving and even learnt some skills during this build. it took me about 4 days total and its currently 4:30am but i finished it! its fully playtested and has all the bits and bobs you could possibly want.

Sunbather

I saw a floorplan on pinterest that I thought was neat even if it was AI and wanted to copy one of its features: the sun corridor/sitting area. So....the original plan was to make it a cabin and that just wasn't happening. I moved it like 4 times but I think I got it mostly settled in newcrest though aesthetically, I think it goes better in Granite Falls.

my magnum opus, a million dollar mega estate based off a house i saw on pinterest [and the lot name is the real name of the estate] and on the biggest lot.
