Be me:
Pass laboratory 1 credit class (yipee), fail hard class that over 30% of people retake (not mad, failed before and can do better, never give up).
Be good and choose classes.
schedule set, me happy.
Class start last week, syllabus time.
See night class has big presentation (okay, a little scared but can handle).
It's a 1 hour presentation. Groups chosen. Each group goes every week.
Scheduled to present soon with already pre-picked partners.
Panic. I always cry during any short presentation.
Gotta be a medulla problem, need therapy but no money.
Drop class. Need more credit to keep scholarship.
Get into a different class. Another 1 hour presentation. Drop class.
I dropped the wrong class. PANIC.
Panic more because now I am short two classes.
Join again, email professor. She help me but I am still not able to access material. Waiting on response to get back in class. Hope up.
Join another class with another lab and more in-person lecture.
Begar can't be chooser. Join late, trying to catch up. Laboratories start tomorrow.
No access to pre-lab, assignment details closed at 9. Not allowed to go to lab because I need the pre-lab to enter the class.
Lab is 40% grade, there are only 8 in the entire semester, 1 missed.
Panic again.
See that I missed a homework.
Try to work ahead on another to be smart.
Next homework is 3 hours long.
Panic more.
Talk to friend. Found a genetics class that I have caught up in and lab is not till way later and I have ready now.
Joined asych class in case other class im waiting on the professor for doesn't let me in.
Do all this in 2 days. I do this while childcare, cooking, cleaning, volunteering, and 1 hour + commute to uni.
I drop class I was behind in.
Today was the final day to add classes.
Found a back up class in case I can't get back into the class I accidentally dropped.
Full-time student again.
Scholarship saved. Schedule saved.
Cortisol maxed and eepy.
Relief.
