Nature Republic No Sebum Sun Block
Hello everyone! Today I will be reviewing the Nature Republic No Sebum Sun Block in 45 SPF PA+++
I have been using this product for two weeks now and I have been waiting to do a review on it as soon as possible for those who are also looking for a sun block for the summer!
Innisfree No Sebum Review
Innisfree No Sebum Makeup Line.
I have combination skin. My T-zone gets oily and sometimes the rest of my face is normal or dry. Currently, it's summer in NY so my skin gets oilier. I'm looking for a good base makeup that will help the oiliness and will not cause breakouts.
So what is SEBUM?
If not enough sebum is produced, the skin is dry. On the other hand, if too much sebum is produced the skin is oily, a condition called seborrhea. If sebum gets trapped in the pores, acne can develop.
These are the four products I got:
Innisfree No Sebum BB SPF30 PA++ (No.2 Natural Beige)
Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Primer
Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder
Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Pact
The pact and the powder is the same product. The pact is a compressed powder, while the powder is a loose powder.
Innisfree has very eco friendly packaging that looks like it was made out off recycled materials. I personally like this look, its clean and simple.
My first step is skincare and SPF.
Second: Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Primer
Third: Apply Innisfree No Sebum BB Cream
Fourth: Apply Setting Powder - I'm using Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Pact
Thoughts on the product:
Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Primer (Rating 4.5/5)
I have a love-hate relationship with primers. Primers tend to me expensive and some just do not work on my skin. Primers are suppose to extend the wear of bb/cc creams or foundation. Some expensive primers from sephora just rolls off my skin and causes my skin to be flaky. I'm surprise that the Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Primer did not. The texture is smooth and glides well on my skin. There was no flakiness. It smooth out my skin and I like the smell and texture.
Innisfree No Sebum BB Cream (Rating: 4/5)
I would only recommend this BB cream if you have combination-oily skin. If you have dry skin stay away! I had a small dry patch under my nose so it did emphasize it a little, however, I do overall like this BB cream. It is not a full coverage BB cream. It's a light-medium coverage and it's buildable. I have acne scars and the BB didn't cover it up. That's what concealers are for, but for the sake of having a first impression photos, I did not wear a concealer.
I have some acne scars on my right cheeks and some on my left as well. I have a dark spot on my nose too.

Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Pact (Rating: 4/5)
The Mineral Pact (aka compressed powder), did a fairly decent job. I spent my day walking outside and my skin didn't become a grease ball. So I think the mineral pact did work and I will continue to use it. I usually become quite oily walking outside under the hot sun but with the mineral pact it helped with the oiliness.
Overall: The Innisfree No Sebum Line does deliver. I like the scent and texture of their products. It's relatively affordable and better than some expensive makeup products from sephora. If you get the chance do try the Innisfree No Sebum line. My only complain is why isn't there a No Sebum Concealer? I would love one!
I bought these four products from www.ibuybeauti.com. Ibuybeauti has free shipping compared to other korean beauty websites.
Make Up Forever HD Powder VS Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Poweder
Make Up Forever HD Powder VS Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Poweder
I have to admit, face powder is not something I have much interests in. To me, it is just something you apply a thin layer of on top of your makeup and it should last all day. Foundation / bb cream / cc cream is the soul of your makeup if you will. Powder is only a fancy step to stop the shininess come through. Maybe it is because I don’t have oil skin, therefore I can’t appreciate powders as…
