Que pasaria si no existiese "no se"

Soy de esas personas que cuando se quedan sin argumentos validos digo "no sé". Pero la verdad es que "si sé".

Simplemente, no tengo el coraje suficiente para hacerme responsable de esas palabras que no digo. No soy capas de mostrar todo lo que pienso. 

Prefiero decir "no sé" y que piensen que no me doy cuenta, a decir otra cosa, y lastimar a alguien o a mi misma.
