Just a update - Telmex is not overly interested to find an solution. I managed last month to get SOME refund on the bills I paid. But this is minor compare to the lost on income I have since 12th October 2016! Just imagine: OCTOBER!! Today is the 5th of May 2017.....

I’m literally forced to move and find me a home in an area that has wiring / fiber-optic cable that supports higher speed ie. I get again what I have a contract for with TelMex. Infinitum Negocio!
