being a young adult at university with genuinely no support financially, emotionally, physically, etc., whilst watching all of your friends receive endless support is soul crushing. i'm missing my final summer at university as an undergraduate to work (i have to work now to make up my rent for next year that my student loans for next year do not cover it), and i'm completely alone in the process of moving houses. i have no idea how to set up bills, and i'm having to relocate 20 boxes to the other side of my city by myself (i can't drive) and under a time crunch because i have to go home to work. i don't know when the next time i will see my friends are. they all leave to go home to their respective cities and countries after graduation, so i'm losing my only support system and don't even have them to lean on now, because they are hundreds of miles away in my uni city whilst i'm working in my hometown. this is supposed to be a celebratory and happy time of my life and i just feel miserable and completely alone.
