Week 2 of learning to watercolor. I didn’t follow any tutorials this time and drew inspiration for these from a family of characters that I write with.
The wagon wheel piece irritates me because it’s just out in the open, but I do like the landscape in the background.
Sleeping until noon is the real life equivalent of skipping the introductory cutscene.
One of the twin boys that I watch says that he’s going to be a movie director, and is always talking about all of the movies he’s going to make (Superhero oriented, of course), and it’s honestly so cute to hear him talk about it. And one of the days when I came over he wanted to draw some of the characters that he wants to put into his movies, so I pulled some drawing tutorials up on my computer for him. And most of the characters that he wanted to draw didn’t have very good tutorials, if they had any, and it made me a bit sad, since he really wanted to draw them, but there weren’t any tutorials.
The two brothers also talk about how much money they’re going to have, and what they’re going to do with all of that money. And it is so pure, and I don’t want to break their dreams. But honestly they’re so unrealistic. I mean maybe, but most likely not.
calc 3 prof low key has no idea wtf he's doing
Playing Transistor! It's gorgeous (I'm not surprised; Bastion was too).
Got the living daylights beaten out of me fighting the first boss and was eventually down to run-ATTACK-ATTACK-ATTACK-run instead of being able to do anything more sophisticated.
Still trying to figure out who or what the sword is. It's the same voice as the guy who narrated Bastion and it basically does all the narration here, which is fantastic. :D
