No Wok, No Problem

Egg Fried Rice if you do not have a Wok

Yes, everything would be better with a wok. However, we are poor.

So if you have a steep sided pot you can use it.

The trick is more oil then you think you need and constant stirring on Midium-High to High heat.

These can hold one serving of rice with one egg and a hand full of 2 different veggies. Any more and it might go over the sides. ***Onions and Garlic are staples of fried rice and their volume in included in the rice portion***

Can hold 4 portions of rice, veggies, and 4 eggs.
