it’s the next morning, you noticed a miss call from hannah, xavier, and a couple of your other friends. you get scared thinking something went wrong, then see text messages from mazzy, but you open the group chat with xavier and hannah instead.
mazzy: hey girl
mazzy: hru doing?
mazzy: missing u rn
hannah: call me
hannah: seriously y/n wtf are you doing
hannah: delete that now
xavier: hannah said to call her
xavier: she said everyone sayin dat u broke girl code
xavier: wtv dat mean
you rub your eyes, the luminous of the phone making you squint. you didn’t know what hannah was so upset about, so you got up and called hannah, on your way to brush your teeth.
“y/n.” she said in a monotone voice through the phone.
“m-yea?” you mumbled through the toothbrush.
“did you see what the fuck mazzy posted!?” she practically blew your ear off.
“uh, no? why?” you took the toothbrush out your mouth, and leaned on the sink counter.
“fucking hell, babes check instagram.” hannah sighed, you rarely saw her act like this. the only other times you’ve seen her get like this was when mazzy did you dirty and when xavier did something really stupid.

you hung up, finished brushing your teeth, washing your face, and getting ready. you sat down with a bowl of green-apple-oatmeal in front of you.
