I have been getting close to my uni pals but there is some things i dont really like at all..... like one of my friends tells me and my other friend if we start to get mad at random things she will kiss us....and im like please DONT. Most of my mum's side and some of my dad's side is Indian but I am Bengali (like my parents). But subcontinental cultures are all quite similar - I mean we all wear bindis, saris etc but in different styles (if that makes sense?) so I believe I can call people out for cultural appropriation of any subcontinental culture.

I just really think that people need to realise that cultural appreciation and cultural appropriation are two very different things and while appreciation is good, appropriation is NOT.
