〜Japanese life in Melbourne〜

Actually I was supposed to join English conversation class. (The reason why I coudn't join has yesterday's diary.) Today's subject which was informed beforehand was "What do you like to do with your hand?"I'll wirte my answer a little here.

One of the things I like is cooking. I'm not that good at cooking but I can almost make the dish I want to eat then. The good point cooking myself is able to adjust my satisfied taste. Besides that, the more I make the dish, the more it become easy to make it I think.

本当は今日は英会話クラスに参加するはずだった。(参加できなかった理由は昨日の日記に書いてあります。)予め知らされていた今日の話題は "あなたは手を使ってすることで、何が好きですか？" だった。答えをここに少し書きます。

好きなことの１つは料理です。料理がそんなに上手ではないけど、その時に食べたいと思う料理はほとんど作れます。自分で料理をすることの良い点は、自分の満足する味に調整できることです。その他には、その料理を作れば作るほど、作るのが簡単になることかな、と思います。

Today's weather was soooo cold like winter althouh it is the middle Autmun season now (^_^;)Apparently it doesn't get that cold in this season normally but today's temperature is record-breaking.By the way the temperture was 13°/11° sometimes rain.

I made curry rice at lunch. I couldn't make it while ago because of lack of Potato.The curry sauce mix I used is "JAVA CURRY" (medium spicy) Japanese curry sauce mix has a lot of kinds. JAVA curry is the best taste, I think.

今日の天気は寒すぎて冬のようだった。今は秋の中間の時期なのに(^_^;)

聞いたところによるといつもはこの時期はこんなに寒くならないらしいが、今日は記録的な気温だそうだ。ちなみに今日の気温は13°/11° 時々雨。

今日は昼ごはんにカレーライスを作った。この前はジャガイモがなかったため作れなかった。使ったカレーのルーは"ジャワカレー"。(中辛味) 日本のカレーのルーはたくさん種類がある。ジャワカレーが1番美味しいと思う。
