NOAH BOEDELL - Gen. Five Heir - RIP
A week later, was Thymian’s birthday. She was no longer a little toddler, but soon becoming a young girl. The family celebrated her 5th birthday, but also knew that after the party She and her fathers would be leaving.
NICO- “Grandfather, take my hands....”
Nico takes his grandfather Noah’s hands into his and he looks at him intently..tears begin to well up in Nico’s eyes, as he sees his grandfather’s end...
NICO- “Listen to me Grandfather. I am here because of you. Here because you and your wife, Darby brought my amazing mother into this world. I am here at the head of this coven, because you taught me and told me this was my duty. Trust me, I know the end for you. I also know that when you lost your darling Etta last year how it left you alone. But that is no reason to hasten your end. Please give me thirty days, that is all I ask, then if you still want to step down you can, but not tonight. Please. I need you with me on this.”
NOAH- “Very well. I will stay, but if we find out that my own brother’s daughter killed your father, nova and the mother to Thymian, I may take her out myself, without the use of witchcraft.”
NICO- “I pray that is not the case...”
As soon as Nico returned from San Myshuno he called a special meeting...
NOAH- “Contemplating what Cornelia Goth may have done in this situation? You know her husband was burnt alive, much in the same way as your Willow and Kip..”
NICO- “I know, I was just thinking about that. He was killed by his own flesh and blood, because of jealousy.”
NOAH- “Yes, but Morgana, thought the house was empty...she didn’t know her father was there.”
NICO- “Isabelle knew my daughter was in that house. And Willow.”
NOAH- “You think Isabelle did ...”
NICO- “I have a very good idea that it is was her, yes. She wants her daughter on the counsel. She is not happy that I am the coven master, and she knows about Thymian, and the powers she will one day gain. Lennon called me on the way home, and Thymian has definitely shown signs now...she transferred her memories into Devin so that he could describe the woman that set the fire.”
NOAH- “But are you sure it was Isabelle? Was he sure?”
NICO- “No, but his description of a woman with long hair and red lipstick...but I have to be sure. That is why I called the meeting.”
NOAH- “I just can not believe that she would intentionally set your house on fire...she could have killed Thymian as well. If it wasn’t for Kip going back in there, she would have died. As it is she killed Willow and Kip...and Nova!”
NICO- “I only have to go on what Thymian saw, and Devin’s interpretation of her thoughts. I have to have proof before I act.”
NOAH- “And once you have proof?”
NICO- “I have the ability to strip her of all her powers, I have Bella’s spellbook. Then she and her daughter will be banished.”
NOAH- “And if it was not her...?”
NICO- “Then we start over, looking for who did. But I have to move quickly Grandfather.”
NOAH- “Why? Why do you have to act quickly?”
NICO- “If it was not Isabelle, then I have to take Thymian and leave. Until she is ready. To keep her safe. Jonas Jones believes that the Bautista Clan is behind it, and that Isabelle may be working with them, of course unknowingly. I need to remove Isabelle as a suspect and then take care of the Bautista Sisters, but unfortunately as long as Elliana is immortal, she will remain a threat.”
NOAH- “Nico, there is something I need to tell you?”
NICO- “No, you don’t. I already know, Grandfather. You came here before the meeting to tell me that you are stepping down from counsel.”
NOAH- “Yes, I am sick, Nico. The doctors say I don’t have long. It’s for the best.”
NICO- “I am here at the meeting today to announce that I have accepted my Cousin Savon’s request to take over as Coven Master of the Willow Creek Coven.”
NOAH- (under his breath) “Thank Goodness...”
ISABELLE- “Nico! This is wonderful news, this is exactly what I was hoping!”
NOAH- “I know that I have not been active, but it’s time to set things right and I hope everyone will accept my decision.”
THERON- “I make a motion to Accept Nico Boedell’s request to become Coven Master of the Willow Creek Coven, based upon his linage and blood right.”
NICO- “Grandfather...you know how I feel about all of this. I have never been involved with the Coven. I completed my training with Elba for the purpose of keeping my powers reigned in, not to serve as a Coven Master.”
NOAH- “I understand that Nico, I do. But if Isabella takes over, I am afraid that it is going to split the coven, and it may never be united again. Plus she has been known to dabble in the dark magics, which is strictly forbidden. Please will you just think about it. Think about how hard your Great Grandfather’s worked to bring the coven together back when this happened before. Remember all the witches that were executed because of Morgana’s revenge and hatred. It could effect all of us.”
NICO- “I don’t know, grandfather. I would really have to think about this. I do not want this responsibility...I do have a question, this Isabella...is she a red head?”
NOAH- “No...she is Quentin’s youngest daughter, she has black hair like Quentin did when he was younger and her mother. Why do you ask?”
NICO- “Oh, just a dream I had the other night. A premonition maybe. I don’t know. But anyway, let me go back to Brindleton Bay and really think about this. I just can’t make a decision yes or no without giving it some heavy thought and study.”
NOAH- “So it is possible you would?”
NICO- “A very slim one, but yes, a possibility. Give me a month. Can they wait that long?”
NOAH- “Sure, I think once I tell them that you are at least considering it, they will hold off doing anything.”
NICO- “Okay then. I will return in one month and give the counsel an answer.”
