Indulge in the perfect treat with these soft, fudgy gluten-free brownies. Made with wholesome ingredients and free from allergens, they are a delightful option for those with dietary restrictions.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted. 3/4 cup maple syrup. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish. Put cocoa powder, salt, almond flour, and baking soda in a bowl and mix them together. Melt the coconut oil and mix it with the maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together well. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. Cover the baking dish with foil and pour the batter into it. Spread it out evenly. If you stick a toothpick into the middle and it comes out with a few wet crumbs, the edges are done. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Before cutting the brownies into squares, let them cool all the way in the pan.
