this industry will never cease to surprise me… the passion… the focus… the creativity… the sacrifice… but most importantly… its people… • it takes a certain type of personality to survive this beautiful industry of mine… it either gets on with you… or it doesn’t… it’s always been unforgiving and continues to do so… • today however… was a different day… a day when a group of my bar brothers and sisters got together and cemented what a lot of us already know… but occasionally struggle to achieve… • that it’s okay to talk… • we opened a door not knowing what to expect… or what would come of today… • thank you to all of you that took time out of your day to listen… and share… • today wasn’t a one off… but it will always be where this new chapter started… i’m looking forward to seeing where this ends up… and especially the journey we all take to get there… • if ever you need an ear to bend… a shoulder to lean on… or just someone to rant at… • you know where i am… • #nobadays #beyondthebar • roop 🐻 (at Brass Monkey)
