BE YOUR OWN LABEL ✨ // There’s a new soft serve place in town and it just screams “Here for your Instagram feed”. Hokkaido milk and salted caramel soft serve; aud5.50 from the newly opened Nobibi Perth, Northbridge (located just beside Is Donburi). This ice cream chain originated from Shanghai, China and have since opened stores worldwide including six stores in the United States. Menu and store interiors on @perthfoodmenu I like that the salted caramel and Hokkaido milk flavours were not too sweet. The soft serves were smooth and the waffle cone was fragrant. Didn’t go in expecting much and was quite pleasantly surprised. Prefer the salted caramel flavour more as there wasn’t much milk taste in the Hokkaido milk flavour. They had already run out of the matcha flavour so I’ll have to come back to try that. From the Nobibi USA website, the company specifies that the word "nobibi" translates to "do more, talk less," which is a philosophy they have been trying to live by since their first store opened up.
