“Shirvi, I'm losing my sense of right and wrong. I'm going to do bad things, I know it, but I want you to know that whatever happens that ‘thing’ is not me. Remember the me that loved you. Remember Pavel.”
“But why do you have to go? Can’t you go to the doctor?”
“No. No doctor can fix what i have. I’m very sick”
“But you can’t leave me! What am I supposed to do without you?”
“You’ll be ok, Shirvi. I’ll make sure that you find a family and live a long happy life. Maybe I will get better, but right now I'm very sick and won’t be able to take care of you much longer. ”
“Why?! I don't understand! Why does this have to happen to you?”
“I did something very bad, Shirvi; now i have to pay for what i did. I'll always remember you right here in my heart, Shirvi. Nothing will change that. Ever. So please promise you'll remember me as I am right now. Promise you'll remember me.”
“...I promise.”
