I just want to give a huge thank you to everyone that stopped by our Fandlemonium table this weekend and sniffed our candles! And a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who bought from us and to the incredible convention staff!
We had a very successful first convention and we'll definitely be back next year!
So NoBrand was pretty awesome. Except a few assholes.
Did not appreciate the dude who stared at my boobs and said "Holy moly!" while I was in my Ursula cosplay. Those are not the coolest part of that costume. Also did not appreciate the girl who was relived that I was going to the pool while wearing high wasted shorts and a bra that covered more of my chest than a bikini (since I forgot my swimsuit). Seriously, sister. We girls need to stick together and shaming me over the fact that I have a huge chest is not cool. Maybe I was showing too much leg. Who knows. I wonder if she shamed the girls who were wearing less than I was (who were all gorgeous in their costumes). Hopefully not.
All in all the con was super awesome and I had fun in all my cosplays and for once in my life did NOT cosplay on Sunday, instead deciding to rock a comfortable outfit and no make up.
Already excited for Anime Iowa and to see my pack again. Had a nice puppy pile on Sunday too, though I think I was the only one who actually fell asleep.
Anyway, that is why I was so inactive this weekend! Had pretty poor internet connection and I was having a lot fun anyway!
So my metal version of Mr. Brightside seemed like it was a hit? I'm content.

BUT WAIT! It's also only THREE DAYS UNTIL NO BRAND CON!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited for NoBrand Con. I haven't been Ursula in so long. And I haven't been Lydia for even longer. I miss being Lydia. She is my fav. But anyway. So excited for NoBrand! Hopefully I can get my Buttercup done and can have her as a back up if something else falls through. But so far my cosplay plans (and hopefully I get actual pictures in them) are:

Pictures are a must this time around. And yeah. I am so fucking excited to finally go to a con again and see my buds.
