I am not a night-owl

Nor am I day-pigeon

Or an evening-robin

Or a morning-hawk

I don't get up especially to catch the worm.

I get up when it suits me.

I write when it suits me.

I go the shops when it suits me.

I go to work when the boss tells me to. I don't have much control over that.

According to traditionalists I keep odd hours. 

But then, so do most people.

I'm not insomniac. I just like the night. In the same way that other's like the day. 

"Normal" doesn't work for everyone. So who cares?
