I honest think it would depend on the woman for Micah, if he was just lookin for a quick roll in the hay, I genuinely don't think he would care too much if he had competition.
If he had found someone he genuinely cared for and adored, so much that he'd try and be a better person for them, the kind of person they deserve?
Oh, it would turn into an ALL. OUT. WAR!
On a side note, I think a lady who would outright be able to catch his attention as more then a fleeting fancy would be someone who would be a good mix of kind, gentle, fiery, sassy, and wild. A woman who's be able to call him out and stand up to him when he's being an ass. Someone who wouldn't break at the drop of a hat.
He always calls out Arthur on skulking around camp and eavesdropping on everyone's conversations if he gets too close, Micah's just as bad, only he stays well out of sight.
He uses his knowledge to bring you the kind of jewelry you like, the kind of flowers you like, or any other kind of trinkets.
If your the gardener/herbalist/witchy type he'll bring you a flower or herb you like with the roots in a pot or planter, or if he can't find those an old boot.
If you're the type of person who likes weapons he'd gift you with your own custom pistol or a pretty dagger he found.
And lets face it, he'd also be thinking 'Woman after my own heart.'
He'd never give you the gifts to you face at first. Somewhat scared that if you knew it was him leaving you these things you might just turn them down. But he'd go a little farther then just leaving you a note that says 'from a secret admirer'
He'll actually leave a little note with only two rather crudely drawn crossed pistols on it.
If you were smart, you'd easily be able to figure out it was him.
As for if he had a contender (or multiple) vying for your attentions as well his tactic would slightly change depending on who he was facing.
If he was facing someone like Lenny, Sean, Charles, Javier, ect. He'd be a bit more ruthless, his racist remarks would take a severe nosedive, but he'd still be an ass to them.
Lenny tries showing off how smart he is? Suddenly you have several more book you can choose to read from your 'admirer'.
Charles trying to show you how well he could provide for a family? Suddenly Micah's working his ass off and is bringing in a bunch of money for the camp, along with several new bits of jewelry for your collection.
Sean trying to show off in general? About the only thing that scrawny little boy is better at then Micah is an Irish accent. Though he will prickle a bit if Sean manages to get a laugh from you.
Micah would view Javier as an actually threat, as Javier is a natural romantic and can play and sing. Micah doesn't have a musical bone in his body, but he may try and write some, honestly, bad poetry for you. It's horrible, but would make you smile at how hard this poor man was trying.
If it was one of the other guys, he might be a bit more lax, maybe.
Micah doesn't really view Bill as a threat, and Bill's tactic is similar to his own, only he's more trial and error then skulking. He has no fear here.
John would be another no fear, as he views John as a complete idiot, and if he tries the whole 'left the mother of his child and said child for a year' thing is brought back up, though if he feels that John's getting to close he may employ Abigail to stir up trouble.
Arthur would be another threat, this man doesn't even realize it, but just being himself he constantly has some of the ladies outright swooning for him. If Arthur does take a romantic interest in you, it's basically exactly like Charles, cause now Micah is competing against Arthur for both yours AND Dutch's approval.
Kieran is outright no fear, not even a spare thought given the the poor man.
Dutch, Hosea, Abigail, Susan, Sadie, and Molly are all in the back making bets cause they can practically smell the pining coming from his man, and they are amused.
After a while, Micah will drum up the courage to ask you for a dance, to his surprise, and most of the camps, you accept.
He reveals that he was the one who sent you those gifts, of course you know, and you tell him as much.
"Damn, and here I thought I was being smart about that."
He'd ask you right then and there if he could be your beau.
If you accept he's beyond thrilled, and a sore winner is he. He'll pull you in for a kiss right there in front of the whole camp, much to their discomfort.
Everyone from the betting pool hands Dutch and Molly the money they owe them.
If you say you'd like to get to know him a little better first, without the guise of a secret admirer, he's a touch disappointed, but hey, it's not a 'no' and he'll more openly present you with your gifts and flex on anyone else pining for you as to just how doting he can be.
On the other hand, if you say no, due to the fact that you like one of the other guys, he's hurt and angry. He'll outright leave the dance and ride out of camp to cool down. When he returns he's worse then ever, shooting you and the guy outright daggers, especially if it's one of the men like Bill or Kieran that he didn't think would actually be able to win you over.

However if you say no cause your currently partners with one of the WOMEN he'll be more confused then anything. Yeah, he'll be hurt, but not as much as he could be. Will most likely say something dirty like; 'can I watch' or 'well, if you need to good dick to ride', and you'll slap his shoulder. Will most likely believe he still has a chance to win you over.
It's payday for Susan, who had a good idea you were sneaking off with one of the girls for a little fun.
