“Let me look after you!” “Can I feel the bump?” “The baby isn’t yours.” “I’m so scared…” “I’m pregnant. What’s your excuse?” “I don’t… I don’t feel well.”
“Let me look after you!” – matt & lorraine
Lorraine shook her head. “This is exactly what I didn’t want you to come back and do, Matt,” she let out a sigh. “I didn’t tell you about Elise because you would want to be the dad. It’s not even your kid, Matt. I don’t want you to give up your dreams to support me. It was easier not to tell you. It was easier when you didn’t know,” she admitted to him as she played with her daughter’s blanket in her hand. “I can’t have the dreams that I wanted anymore, don’t let me hold you back with yours.”
“Can I feel the bump?” – troy & natalie
“She’s sleeping right now,” Natalie said, resting her hands on her stomach to try and feel where her baby was. A smile played across her features. “You can feel her little heart beating right here though,” she grabbed his hand and placed it on her stomach. “Can you feel it?” she asked her boyfriend.
“The baby isn’t yours.” – ellie & lucy
“I would hope this baby isn’t mine. Considering that it’s impossible to happen,” Ellie laughed. “But no this isn’t my kid, I uh… I was hoping that maybe we could adopt her, you know like you and me,” she asked the girl. “The foster home I volunteer at had her there and I just fell in love. She reminds me a lot of myself, and I know what it was like when I was in the system. I always wanted to get out. And I think that we could really do this together,” Ellie proposed to the girl as she bit her lip tentatively.
“I’m so scared…” – bailey & harley
Bailey folded his lips in his mouth before he wrapped his arm around the girl. “I’m scared too,” he admitted to her looking at the test that was on the counter. “A lot of scary shit has happened to me, but this,” he trailed off, feeling his heart beat in his chest. “This is completely terrifying,” he sighed. “What are we going to do?” he asked the girl, unsure of even what their relationship was.
“I’m pregnant. What’s your excuse?” – nate & ophelia
“My excuse is that you have gotten heavier since you started carrying our child in your stomach that it’s hard to carry you up the stairs to my loft and all you have to do is walk them, then you can lay down,” Nate rolled his eyes. “Seriously Phe, I’m not carrying you up the stairs,” he looked at the girl for a moment before rolling his eyes. “Fine let’s go,” he held out his arms for her to climb into.
“I don’t… I don’t feel well.” – ryder & ophelia
“I swear if you puke in my car, you are never getting a ride from me again,” Ryder held up his hands before he pulled the car over. “Get out,” he told her with a serious look. “Legit, I worked hard for this car, and you’re not just going to puke in it. I don’t care if you’re pregnant or not, get out of my car,” Ryder said sternly. “Seriously, Phe. Go puke out there,” he reached over her and opened her door.
