I am in the disassembling and cleaning stage of a fork rebuild...these forks are from 1996 off of an old diamondback. I will be replacing the rebound elastomers with steel springs, and then beef up the pink compression elastomers with some extra polyurethane inserts. I'll also throw in some oil to smooth things up.
