Who cooks normally? I foresee a lot of takeout boxes, though if they must, Scourge is decent enough at simple meals. Sonic strikes me as the type who would burn dry cereal (tee hee).
How often do they fight? EVERY DAY, in the form of arguments and whatnot. Physical altercations are pretty often too; probably at least once a week.
What do they do when they're away from each other? Sonic just runs - KIDDING. He hangs out with his friends, visits ones he hasn't seen often, and will crash at Knuckles' place when he doesn't feel like heading home. Scourge keeps to himself, so he'll just chill in his room, or head out to a bar or club with a couple buddies to watch the dancers, drink, and pick someone up.
Nicknames for each other? Blue, Asshole; Broccoli Quills.
Who's more likely to pay for dinner? Sonic, since Scourge blows most of his on drinks, smokes, and trips to said bars and clubs.
Who steals the covers at night? Sonic.
What would they get each other for gifts? Scourge would get Sonic a year's subscription to Playboy to make him blush. Sonic would get Scourge a box of Nicorette stop-smoking aids.
Who remembers things? Sonic.
Who cusses more? Scourge
What would they do if the other one was hurt? Scourge would laugh and then get angry when Sonic tries to help him, because it's just a fuckin' flesh wound. That sorta answers it for both of them, welp.
Who kissed who first? It was a game of chicken during a dare, they were drunk, shut the fuck up. (Scourge)

Who started the relationship? I answered these with yours and my tumblr characters in mind, so I'm going with the notion that they are roommates, not actually a couple, SO. I'd say Sonic, since he's the one that insists Scourge needs an actual place to stay, instead of jumping from couch to couch and bed to bed.
