These air-fried chicken tenders are incredibly crispy and delicious without all the excess oil. They make for a perfect snack or a quick dinner option for the whole family!
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken tenders. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 2 large eggs. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a shallow bowl. The all-purpose flour should be put in a different bowl. Beat the eggs in a third bowl until they are well mixed. First coat each chicken tender in flour. Next, dip it in the beaten eggs. Finally, coat it in the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to make them stick. Lay the chicken tenders out in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch. Spray cooking spray on the chicken tenders just a little to help them get crispy. After 10 to 12 minutes, flip the chicken tenders over and air fry for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C. Serve hot with the sauce of your choice.
