Yandere noir in love with his brothers girlfriend makes me giggle
Like imagine how he has to watch as every kiss you have is with the one person he cannot kill, be it anyone else, they would be dead in an instant.
How beautiful you look as you dance with dm, when that should be him, he should be the one making you smile, the one making you laugh.
Every mission he takes, his enemies should fear for their lives because, that's who he takes his anger out on. Every stab, every hit, he imagines it as his brother, the one who has you as their own.
If only you knew what your boyfriend was actually like, maybe then you'd come running into noirs out-stretched arms.
a/n : I absolutely adore noir so bad, it's it's a shame his skin is 300 bucks T-T
Oh, love your writting style sm. Can I ask u about some fluff/general hcs with Noir from Identity V? Practically nobody writing about him..
⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢 Call him Mr.Noir, Call him Mr.White
Ahh, tysm anon, I really appreciate that!! I’m going to be honest, I’ve never gotten too deep into the Truth and Inference universe, so I had to do a bit of research on him (hence, I hope these don’t come off as too stiff or bland:,)). Also finished polishing this while half passing out cause this summer heat +period+slight anemia and low pressure are a deadly combo Anyway, hope you enjoy!
-Having been adopted by the Mélodis family at a very young age, Siegfried— or rather Noir, as most people there would call him— had no memories of anything before being taken under their wing. He absorbed their orders, their structure, whatever made their organization work. Their mindset had been engraved in his own.
-Noir, the title he'd learned to respond to; The one he'd learned to adapt to. Siegfried had always been quite an introverted child, reserved and reticent. However, it’s quite possible that trait had only been further reinforced by growing up within the clan. "Noir, the Mélodis family has no need for useless people” he'd been told once— and once was enough for those words to keep resonating in his mind. Because of that, he'd gotten used to keeping to himself even more, avoiding taking up unnecessary space, and being as efficient and useful as he could. Obey the orders, finish whatever mission he was needed to accomplish— period. It had also made it quite difficult to bond with anyone else in the family, really. He mostly kept to himself, interacting as much as needed, careful enough to never cross the line he’d traced the essentially separated him from anyone else.
-Given his personality, one big thing about him was he was also quite prone to blaming himself, guilt eating away at him whenever he slipped up, even slightly. In the world he lived in, though, that was as good as being fed into a pit of vipers. This little characteristic of his could be exploited all too easily. He usually simply obeyed, often unaware of certain aspects of the dirty work he had to do for the family, reducing questions as much as he could. Somehow, i like to think he was not inherently evil or a bad person; Despite that, he did what he was needed to do as long as it meant being part of something- as if he felt like he had a debt towards the ones who adopted him, gave him a chance in life. To survive he then adopted an escamotage: if he did not know the greatest details of a particularly nasty job he had to do, it was harder to feel bad. However, if he ever felt like expressing even the slightest bit of dissent, or if he made a mistake, it was quickly dealt with by letting his own self-pity consume him. Or rather, he’d be blamed, someone saying how ‘upset’ they were with him.
-All this would surely be quite evident in his relationship with you, even after the incident.
-Losing his memory was like being reborn, as though he'd been given a second chance after the misdeeds of the Mélodis family. Even in his new name— "Mr. White"— it felt like a statement, as though he had become the complete opposite of who he once was.
-He did not remember anything from his past, all those previous years as though they'd been completely erased from ever happening at all. Despite that, of course, he was still himself, down to his very core. That wary, quiet boy— he just seemed a bit less tense all the time, a bit gentler.
-When he met you after the incident, you had the fortune of never having to witness all the bad things his past affiliations meant. He was on the "good" side now, and nobody ever seemed to question it.
-Being with you was probably the only time he'd ever truly allowed himself to relax. He didn't know why— sometimes he grew tense, headaches surfacing whenever he passed certain headquarters or names, reactions he couldn't quite explain or make sense of as if he lacked pieces — yet whenever he was with you, when you caressed his hair and held him as he came to visit you at home, everything seemed to quiet down a little.
-Among all those unexplainable things— which he simply told himself were just "the way he was"— he still carried that same reticence when it came to speaking openly about his feelings. He tried to avoid taking up space just as he'd once been taught— even if he couldn't remember it anymore— but it went beyond memory. It was like a sigil had been fire-branded into his mind. Whether it was something as small as a cut he'd gotten at work or something much bigger troubling him, he'd mostly refrain from sharing it with you.
-Don't get him wrong! It's not like he didn't trust you; He simply didn't want to trouble you with his own personal problems. You told him many times, of course, that his feelings and his life were never irrelevant or unimportant to you, and how much you'd have liked to be part of them completely. He wasn't troublesome to you, and sharing those things between the two of you could have been one of the most intimate experiences of all. Like little secrets, shared only between the two of you. However, you obviously never meant to pressure him, and always reassured him that whenever he felt ready, you'd be there. Whether it was to share a new idea he'd gotten at work, cry in your arms, or all of the above— you'd be there.
-Thinking about the fact that emotions aren't exactly his strongest suit, it'd also be difficult for him to put bad feelings into words. He'd get overwhelmed— especially if he still didn't feel comfortable enough to open up to you— and end up pulling away, avoiding you for days at a time. The same would happen if he sensed something was off with you. His traitorous mind would immediately jump to conclusions, convincing himself he'd surely done something to upset you, blaming himself to his very bones. But instead of actually confronting you about it, it simply felt easier to withdraw. It'd take more than a few attempts to make him understand he hadn't done anything wrong, to talk to him and reassure him.
-After something like that, though, I feel like it'd probably become easier for him to gradually start opening up. You'd told him how important communication was to you— and so, wanting to be the best man he could possibly be for you, he'd genuinely try his best to improve in that regard. He sure was not a lover of grand gestures- he mostly loved quietly and privately- but that didn’t mean he would have you settle for less you wanted.
-Aside from that, he'd surely be the sweetest, gentlest lover. Giving you little trinkets to keep whenever he was busy with work for long periods of time, always making sure you felt comfortable enough to tell him whatever was on your mind, or simply cry your feelings out in his arms— which seemed ironic, I know.
-He cherished you as the best thing that had happened to him in a long while, and he'd take every chance he could to make sure you knew it. All the strongest emotions he’d felt in a long time were the ones awoken by you.
-Since you were his safe harbor, I think he'd be quite physical in his own way. His hands especially, in every little way he could: lacing his fingers with yours, resting a hand on your leg, even just letting it hover at the small of your back as you walked together— not necessarily touching, just there. Even when sleeping, he'd enjoy staying close, probably preferring to be the big spoon— but he certainly wouldn't mind switching sometimes, especially if you'd let him rest his head in the crook of your neck while napping on the couch.
-Understanding the importance of communication, I still feel like he wouldn't necessarily need words all the time. Of course, he'd be trying to get better at expressing himself for your ‘sake’, but he's the kind of lover with whom silence never feels awkward or heavy. You never felt the need to keep up a performance or put on a show just to keep things interesting. Even something as simple as walking hand in hand, having breakfast, or doing absolutely nothing together in silence would feel comfortable, relaxing, and like your own personal way of being there for each other and recharging— especially if you're an introvert too. Even if you're more on the extroverted side, as much as he'd try to keep up with your rhythm, maybe it'd become a nice break for you as well, learning to enjoy the quiet together every once in a while and a way to slow down.
