Hii! Um may I request something with Paranormal Detective and a reader that's pining for him?
loving an oblivious detective has never been easy, and was unfortunately not in the job description for being his assistant. the way he rambles on about his findings and the different ways he fiddles with hands as he explains different theories.
how para, as you've come to call him, will speak to you with such eagerness to explore the unknown and venture into different haunted locations will always amaze you.
it's during one of these said adventures that you two forced to be in close proximity, and you can hear his breathing, and see the reflection of the moon in his eyes. how gorgeous he appears even when in situations of pure business and science, but moving past his beauty, you realize his stare that you were just rambling on about, is on you.
"is everything alright? You seem a bit distracted, you're not scared are you?"
his teasing tones makes your heart flutter, it beats rapidly, so much so that you're sure he must hear it. there's a slight heat to your face, your entire body burns under his gaze, and for once he notices.
he steps forward, closing the already tight space you two, and he asks;
"oh? how curious, it seems to me that you're flustered. as to why? I do not know, but I would be interested in figuring out the cause".
