Just wondering, what happened to the CatTale intermission between chapters 2 and 3? I just finished rereading the comic, and was confused when it wasn't there. Almost like someone had been messing with the timeline or something…

Ahaha, nah, I just took it out to simplify Part 1 because that particular subplot wouldn’t resolve itself as neatly as as the others at the end of Ch. 5. I’ll put it up later when we get close to that storyline. :)

And a lot of it is apparently taken up by, uh… this thing:

I just can’t really see there being 50 years’ worth of food in there, much less water.

Not to mention that Pearl apparently spent a matter of hours on it: the sun was already setting when she started. That’s pretty darn impressive, but doesn’t seem to leave her much time for extensive preparation for Steven’s human needs.

Thankfully, the Cascade frames are distorted beyond recognition, and "Jade dies" sounds more like "Jade-d-d-d-d--d-d-d-d-dd-d-d-d-d-d-d-kjdlfafjeokjfakovkf;elkjkjfeaeafeavfejvfeofe". Youtube Poops save the day once again!

Oooh, that seems like a good way to not think about Homestuck… Perhaps I should check out this "Steam". Yes, this is definitely a good idea.
