Complaining
When we don’t like how life is going we start complaining about our relationships, work, friendships to seek validation. We like to blame the situations that cause us unhappiness, not taking any responsibility. Complaining makes us feel justified and that we didn’t play a part in it. We have removed ourselves from the situation taking no responsibility to solve the problem..
There are discerning problems when we complain, we stay stagnant not moving our lives forward. When we complain, we input this information into our sub conscious to play over and over, this is detrimental to our lives keeping us in the perpetual cycle of unhappiness. We isolate ourselves when we complain and everyone moves away from complainers. Complaining makes us victims, we will spin these thoughts continuously, telling us how right we are, never changing the outcome. We need to stop complaining to get what we want for our lives making positive outcomes.
Don’t complain, we look bad,
Solve our problems,
Make decisions that change the direction of our lives.
When we start complaining about the people and situations, it removes all the joy we experience, making us very negative people. Negativity moves us in the wrong direction, the frustration keeps us from seeking what we want for our lives and we believe everything else is to blame. When we stay away from blame, we move out of complaining, which brings the joy we are missing from our lives.
