Quitting smoking is going to be a huge challenge for me but I'm looking forward to end my dependence on nicotine. I can't wait until I reap the benefits of being smoke free though. I'm also adding healthy habits into my lifestyle like getting 8 hours of sleep a night, drinking more water, and exercising at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. Wish me luck on my journey to a happier, healthier life.
