OH GOD DHFHSJD I FORGOT ABOUT THAT!!!!!!!!! it really was the most normal unexpected stuff. he was just standing in the deli (in his human form, full black suit and long coat) waiting for mochi to get her stuff upstairs for whatever reason (probably pulling one of his IOU’s on her to get a date out of her)
and kiwis working that day, so she just says “ah.....since youre waiting....would you like to sample some sandwiches?” with a smile and a lil tray of their specialties, and hes like “ah yes, human food. i would be delighted.” AND THEN THEY START TALKING ABOUT THE SANDWHICHES CUZ HE LIKES THEM AND THEY JUST BECOME FRIENDS????????? HE DROPS BY AND SAYS HELLO AND BUYS A SANDWHICH WHENEVER HE COMES BY TO PULL AN IOU ON MOCHI???????? (and lime is SO IRRITATED BY THIS)
