Movie sonadow is the best sonadow

Hot take? Not sure tbh but I think movieverse sonic and shadow have the best version of their relationship in ANY piece of sonic media. Movie sonic doesn’t just sympathize with movie shadow. He understands his pain in a way that his game, comic, and tv show counterparts dont.

Movie sonic is the only version of sonic who’s actually been in shadow’s place and it adds more depth to their relationship. They’re both connected by paths of loss and grief and the movie keeps showing us the parallels between them. How they’re not so different after all.

Not only that, but the film actually shows how sonic is a direct contrast to shadow by illustrating how much he values humanity because of the people he cares about existing in it. (Tom and Maddie) Its not only sonic who understands shadow. But its shadow who understands sonic

Their relationship in the film isnt just built on contrasting ideals or their opposing personalities. Its intertwined with how they cope with loss, how they let it affect their life, and most of all, healing. And I think that’s what makes their dynamic deeper and more compelling

My friend and I FINALLY finished Earthspark. Even tho it was canceled the ending was awesome. Here are some screenshots that we found funny.

If you have yet to watch Earthspark I highly recommend it. I might just bug my friend into rewatching it just for Breakdown, Shockwave and Screamer.

Honestly the show is beautiful. I loved seeing bots that don't show up often, like Cosmos and the g1 Insecticons. Loved that Swindle was up to his old tricks. Not to mention the beauty that is Stunticon Breakdown. Every bot was well made in my opinion, I feel like some needed SOME personality but they might have been planning to focus on them, but you know it got canceled.

Forgot that we wanted to see our respected combiners but Bruticus is dead along with Brawl and only Breakdown is seen for the Stunticons so Menasor is out for the count.

Could Hardtop replace Brawl...? Not with that missing arm.

The dragodile ring is in the style of a signet ring, so now I’m imagining the anonymous, saucy, cologne scented letters that each come with a hefty donation and a gifted bottle of port are all sealed with a wax dragon.

Maybe there’s a pretty signet ring that Dragon keeps in his desk drawer that has a crocodile on it…

I had two massive reactions to Iron Lung.

1. Simon took off his shirt and my friend and I whispered to each other in unison, "BRA??!!"

2. Simon ripped a page out of the instruction manual and I cringed, audibly lamenting, "it's a binder" like there was no need to tear it when it's designed to be easily removed
