Remember back when degrassi first started and there was only one (token?) Gay character and it was a whole deal. Now in degrassi practically everyone is turning gay (well non-straight)

And it's not even an issue anymore. Not really, like how it was for Marco. When people say that 'queer' or non-straight people had to think long and hard about their sexuality... No. Stop. You are literally going against one of the main axis of non-straight argument, that their sexual identity is just as innate as a straight person's (which is true). Maybe they ha to think long and hard about coming out or living truly, but not about who they are attracted to. You make it sound like a choice. Which it's not.
