Cyclical interest is a somewhat similar term to this, but I wanted something a bit more accurate to my experience. Exclusive to neurodivergent folks !

I took toten from island of the deads german name (die toteninsle) and the phrase "Ruhe in Frieden" which translates to "rest in freedom" which is what german people often say in place of rest in peace.
