Summary:
Sanji never considered his secondary gender a disadvantage for him, but it was kind of a nuisance sometimes. Ever since he revealed it to everyone on the crew, the only two Alphas aboard the ship had helped him out when needed. Not in a sexual way, but they did care for him in their own special way. What he didn't expect was a stress induced heat that almost kills him. He wasn't a fully alpha, nor fully Omega. He was a Sigma. He didn't know he would end up with two caring Alphas scared to dead about losing him. Both idiots blame themselves for not noticing before.
