Life Update

It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these huh?

The reason I’ve been off and on isn’t just because of the school (though by heavens is it a factor, summer can’t come soon enough). During the past while I’ve been applying for a teaching position on the military bases. I was raised on bases and really wanted to give back, be the teacher I wished I had as a kid.

Today I found out that I didn’t qualify because they discontinued the Spanish program in all elementary schools. Which. It’s been a lot to process.

On the upside, I’ve applied for an international job in the UK. Since I now know what the process is like, applying for international schools is still a good opportunity to try out. I’m going to keep trying no matter what to keep going - I can’t let this setback slow be down entirely.

Thank you darlings for listening. It’s been hard not being able to tell anyone this since I really don’t want to be fired before I land a gig. Being able to write about it, even on this little post, helps.

Question for ya’ll

Hi everyone! Quick update before I ask ya’ll something. Good news: I’m getting really close to clearing out the askbox! I’m currently in the homestretch with a little under 40 asks! If I keep writing at my current rate, I should have it open sometime between Wednesday and Thursday! Yay!

Now, onto the question. So I’ve been reading a lot of comics online recently. Specifically manhua/isekai of the romantic sort. The current list includes:

-Beware of the Villainess

-First Miss Reborn

-The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass

-When the Villainess Loves

-The Antagonist’s Pet

-A few others which currently escape my memory

A lot of these are really good, but to my horror I as of yet to find any content for them. There’s fandoms for some of them that I’ve seen but 0 fics, 0 fanart, 0 anything.

MY QUESTION TO YOU IS THIS:

Would anyone, anyone at all, be interested in me adding a Manhua category to the masterlist of stuff I write for?

Some of it would be case by case since I have a lot of reading to catch up on, but if this is something you guys would be interested in, could you please let me know either via the askbox (open for non-request related conversation) or the notes? That way it would be really easy to know if this is something you guys would like.

Hi friends! So I didn’t post as much as I usually do this week. Life has been busy and a lot of free time has been spent doing planning for a fic that may come out in a bit. Having said that I appreciate all the asks for the Age of Calamity game, but unfortunately at this time I have neither seen the cutscenes or played the game, which makes writing for it nigh impossible. Please hold asks for the game until I have caught up. Thanks! That aside, I have great news! I’m opening the box to Winx asks and W.I.T.C.H asks! The Netflix reboot trailer has me infuriated and both series deserve better than whatever the hell netflix is doing. I will be closing the box tomorrow evening as we near 100 asks (THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH YOU ARE WONDERFUL MY DARLINGS) so that I can catch up on asks and make sure I’m getting all of your great imagines written.
