There is a huge chance that I’ve liked or favored things like starter calls from non-mutuals earlier today. SORRY ABOUT THAT! I really was distracted, and when I say I had multiple tabs open...I mean I had two Google Chrome windows open each with 20+ tabs because one is dedicated to YouTube and the other is a mixture of youtube, tumblr, reference photos for drawings, tabs for baby names, etc. So if I managed to get any of the non-mutuals that I am following, I doubt you’ll see this, but I AM sorry.

I was reading a bunch of people’s rules and scrolling through their dash to see their writing or memes and drawings and some of them I just let sit there for a while before resuming and just blanked. Also also, if we’re mutuals now and I DID NOT SIGN YOUR RULES APPROPRIATELY then that’s probably why. I’m a scatterbrain like that.

To all my mutuals and non-mutuals, I just realized I took part in around 4 or 5 challenges way back and the deadlines probably already passed (like months I think) and I am really sorry I wasn’t able to write them in time. I wasn’t feeling too well this year. But I’m sitting down and writing them down so I could at least celebrate your milestones and I hope you like them. Better late than never right??

Hi! Bsd anon from a few days ago here,

I read the main manga, honestly I was expecting more Dazai and Chuuya to be in it- mostly just from what I’ve seen of bsd before reading it. But I had fun reading it anyway. The plot lost me at a couple points, because I read it way too fast, but I think I’ve got a bit of a grasp on it after reading some of the light novels? I was really confused about the stuff I was seeing that looked like it was canon but I hadn’t read in the manga so I stumbled into Dazai, Chuuya, 15. (It was at this point that I quickly realized I had fully fallen down the rabbit hole of this story lol). I read the manga version, and then finished reading the story in the light novel (I’ve never actually read a light novel before so it was fun to try and figure out what it was and how it related to the main manga). Why I’ve been seeing so much of Dazai and Chuuya made a lot more sense after I read that. The plot of the manga also is making a little more sense to me now.

After finding the light novel of Dazai, Chuuya, 15, I looked into some of the others- I haven’t read stormbringer yet tho- and so I’ve read… I think it was called Dark Era? Or something like that. It looked interesting and I wasn’t aware that there was an order to the light novels yet (I’ve just been reading whatever ones I think look cool) so I started with that one. And. It was really good??? It also cleared up a lot of stuff about Dazai to me. Like why he left the mafia. But also, ouch. I also just read the Bad Apple light novel? Which apparently is a movie too? Anyway, Atsushi and his complicated relationship with his tiger is the reason I kept reading the main manga. I think it’s very fun (well, not fun for him I guess) that he turns into a tiger. But his backstory makes me want to wrap him up in a blanket and give him a hot chocolate.
