Does Dr. Rockmore require his patients top be on T to get top surgery?

Dr. Rockmore deals with a diverse array of trans, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming patients on the regular and it’s my understanding that he does NOT require any of his patients to be on testosterone. 

I’ve heard from approximately a dozen pre-T and non-T folks who’ve gone to Dr. Rockmore for top surgery and their hormone status was completely irrelevant. Looking back, I don’t even recall ever discussing my own hormone status with Dr. Rockmore aside from a brief conversation about my prescribed medications.

Off the top of my head, I believe @aliensphynx is someone who has firsthand experience and has had top surgery sans testosterone with Dr. Rockmore. Imagine they’d be more than willing to answer a few questions, if you any :-)
