For my selfshippers who use binders, or are looking into them, imagine your f/o helping you with that.

Your f/o helping you research binders to find what works best for you.

Your f/o helping you get your measurements (if you’re comfortable with that).

Your f/o keeping an eye out for sales on binders, or for colours and designs you might like.

Your f/o helping you put on/take off a new binder the first few times you use it, if you need the help with it.

Your f/o checking in to make sure you’re taking appropriate breaks between wearing binders, and checking in with you to remind you not to wear them to bed.
