I've been on a new antidepressant (Cymbalta) for close to 4 weeks now, and I think it's helping. Now if it could just stop making me so sleepy...

reward urself for every 15 minutes of cleaning and tackle it systematically, get all trash and recycling into appropriate bags first, then tackle clothes on the floor, then segment the room off and deal with each area before moving on

Thanks. I already dealt with all the trash (we don't have recycling at my apartment :(   ), and most of the clothes earlier. The problem is that my room is so small that it's hard to find a place for everything without moving everything else.

I don't understand how I benefit from trans women's deaths. I agree that trans women are exceptionally important, but I do not believe that any one person matters more than someone else purely because of who they are, gender or sexuality-wise.

my binder doesnt even work that well….. . :(

i got it here and it was a super great process!!! literally it came in TWO DAYS like i ordered it on thursday and i got it on saturday and it wasn't terribly expensive so ya!!! but i also have fairly small boobies (a 34 B) so idk if that changes anything but ya
