first encounter with shakespeare was when I was maybe nine and I found a complete works volume at my grandparents' house, so I scanned the titles and decided I should read antony and cleopatra and henry viii. I read the first few lines of each and had no idea what was going on so I gave up. I didn't really actively get interested in shakespeare until not quite a year ago, when I watched the branagh henry v.

ok so I got Clash by Caravan Palace, and the lyrics in that are nigh incomprehensible D:
