I know that feeling :c Perhaps you can try starting small until you get out of your low. So maybe instead of doing a full project right now, you can take a couple of minutes a day to write down some ideas or find some inspiration for future projects.
been doing some doodles at work, so hopefully that helps get me into the right state of mind.. I've also had absolutely no attention span, so that's been fun :\

Well things can be stressful even if you enjoy them.So what have you done recently that you actually enjoy? What do you enjoy doing but aren't?
see I LIKE doing art, but lately I just can't seem to do it? maybe it's the pressure to actually do it, but I just can't seem to. I keep saying to myself, "I need to do (these overtly useful things) first and if there's time left over before work I can do that" and then there never is :\ it's just awkwardly self-defeating, because I have fun while I'm doing it, but getting started is just so... hard. if I'm honest here, though, I think it's that I'm in a "low" right now and need to just wait until I'm back at baseline or high... so it may just be that depression is very, very frustrationg
