Last day of nononsensenovember!! Here are the results of my goals! I managed to 100% hit my goal for crush60, ate clean 88% which I'm super pleased with!! Stretching and taking vitamins (74% and 71%) didn't come out too well but, it's better than nothing! So I'm calling it an all around success!! Working on my December chart right now!!
